Recipe: Beef Ramen Noodles

Writer's picture: Diana BrandtDiana Brandt

I was thinking, how can I spice up my Mike's Mighty Good Ramen noodles again? You might remember this post that I did, where I added in some pork tonkatsu and it really was delicious and so easy! So I was super excited to see a recipe for beef ramen noodles and decided to give it a try.

Dang, what a delicious dish this ended up being! It's big on flavor and a little bit spicy but the spice is easily controlled by the amount of sambal oelek you decide to put in. This is also a quick recipe to make and one you'll want to make on a regular basis. I did not add the fish sauce into the recipe but everything else I added. I also used ground beef as my protein but if you didn't want to have protein in the recipe, you could take it out and it would still be crowd favorite.

During this time, there's nothing better than a big bowl of comforting noodles.

So if you have some extra ramen noodles laying around and are looking for something delicious to eat tonight. Give this a try!
